The process:

1. Holistic wellness

Discover the intricate interplays of integrated healing. Discern the mind-body connection, gut-brain-adrenal axis, and how all systems are linked.

2. Body Language

Understand the signals your body sends and how it is hard wired to keep you alive. Learn how to regulate your nervous system and begin to develop your stress response toolkit.

3. Demystifying disease

Unravel how things can get out of whack. Gain insight into how your genetics, diet, lifestyle, past experiences, trauma, environment, and more play into your symptoms.

4. Nourish

Nourish yourself for healing in all forms—nutrition, movement, environment, and spiritual practice. Begin to heal your gut and hormones (this is an ongoing practice!). Cultivate resiliency for roadblocks.

5. Peel the Onion

Go beyond the outer layers to dive into your upbringing/childhood (think developmental psychology) and past experiences to discover unhelpful patterns and mindsets; discern why this is so important for both physical and mental health.

6. What a girl wants, what a girl Needs

Learn about the Hierarchy of Needs and get clear on your desires, values, and goals. Chronic stress often arises when we’re constantly living out of alignment with these things.

7. Love yourself

Self-love is essential for deep healing; truly up-level your self-awareness, compassion, care, and worth.

8. Release that sh!t

Connect with your body to see where pain and tension linger. Past trauma often gets stored in the body via nervous system responses. Let it go. Write new pathways harnessing the power of neuroplasticity.

9. Lasting Balance
