I’m here to help empower you to take control of your health, understand how your body works, and live a life you love!
Through my own healing journey and clinical experience, I combined my knowledge from medical training and nutrition science with my love of traditional healing techniques and spirituality to create a holistic wellness program that is tailored to meet your needs and goals.
